I have never received any emails or help.

I submitted an order to airsoftpeak.com for gun parts to be shipped to Canada. I received an email advising shipping to Canada would be 3 weeks + and asking if I still wanted to place the order. I believed that this was the sign of a thoughtful company. I confirmed that I did want the order and my credit card was charged almost immediately. I have never received anything from them. I have sent them several emails requesting help with my order and have never received any emails or help.
