I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company.

I tried to cancel after receiving the knives that I ordered, that are absolutely the worst knives possible, and they said at first that they would cancel and refund the 2 months of the club that I had paid. They did refund 1 month but then started billing me again the next month. I tried to call them now and the 1st phone number has a mail box that is full and the second one has a recorded message that just say Good Bye and hangs up. I called 5 times and no matter what number I push to talk to orders or customer service it hung up every time without letting me talk to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
