I have had arlo for over 5 yrs and just the other day i had it to look at a camera now today i got blocked out and they want me to pay 200.00 to fix it

I think this is *** i pay for a subscibtion every month and now i have to pay to use it ! WHY!!!!! I dont have the money to get it fixed WHAT AM I GOING TO DO!!!!!whatch out this can happen User's recommendation: watch out this can happen to you why should i have to pay for this i cant even go on it to see wahts there.
