I have exhausted efforts to resolve the issue on line. The issue is I can't get the printer to say ," Online." I am an hour into trying to reach a live tech support person after several efforts to reach one on the HP Customer Service #s; each time being told to have my serial #ready to talk with a tech support person. There is nobody home at HP If I do not heat
