I have been trying for over one year to replace and item that I purchased and was I feel defected. I called the phone number, I sent several letters and no one NOT ONE person returned my call.
I would like a replacement wubble ball. Your policy is a lifetime replacement policy. (guarantee)! I have the product, the box and the receipt. I just wish someone would at least get back to me. User's recommendation: I would not reccomend this product or your company because after one year I think you guys are bogus and don't stand by your policies.
