I saw on your marketplace a sale for a vitamix for $81 and was told it would be delivered to me. I paid and have yet to receive any shipping updates when I tried to contact the user she is now non existent. Im very angry I thought marketplace was a safe and reliable source to purchase from but it appears I have been scammed as I do not get answers. I would like to speak to customer service please and see what steps can be taken moving forward. User's recommendation: Don’t trust marketplace. Scams can occur !
