I have been repeatedly lied to regarding my refund

Every time I phone up I have to use an old ref number to get past the automated service then when I do get though to an agent I find that I get told a different story every time and often get I will receive my refund within a time schedule which comes and goes to be the same thing again I also find the agents can be quite argumentive and often put the phone down on you I also have been promised a call back from managers that doesn't happen very often either book with someone else
