I have been receiving collection notices from The Bradford Exchange for the amount of $156.86.
The item I am in collection for has been returned since last year. However, since I can not find my post office verification I have contacted The Bradford Exchange customer service several times trying to pay this amount and they are advising me that they cannot find me in the system. I tried both with my telephone number as well as the account number that appears on the collection notice and to no avail. I have also requested that Bradford discontinue their product mailings to me. The customer service is unacceptable and very unprofessional to say the least!
