I have been charged on my credit card for prime video subscriptions, which I didn't recognize. The lady who attended the call very courteous and helpful to resolve this issue. From her investigations, she established that a dormant account that was opened earlier by my son years ago was used by someone to purchase using my card still present in this account. That account has now been closed promptly. If anyone has a dormant account which has a payment card, please remove the card and close your account. User's recommendation: Check your bank statements and ensure you have changed erroneously!
