I have been a customer for years and all of a sudden I am unable to preview cards. All I get is a black screen..

I have been a custmer for many years and this is the first time that I am not able to view the cards when I am trying to preview them. I get the initial screen to click play but then all I get is a black screen and I am able to hear the video but do not see anything but the black screen. I am very disappointed and hope that you can fix this situation.
