I have an unrepairable refrigerator and Sears uses a 3rd party for their service techs. And now my refrigerator is determined unrepairable by the tech Sears tells me they cannot reach him

My refrigerator is confirmed under warranty and the technician Jerome Haymer ID#171988 AND company ID#105274 determined that my refrigerator is unrepairable after trying 2 different compressors and told me that I will be contacted thru Sears which we purchased the item and the warranty now going on over a month I still do not have a working fridge and no one from Sears regardless of what number you call they tell me that they cannot reach this technician and therefore they cannot do anything for me. I just cry where do you go I do not have a refrigerator and I find this to be a very necessary appliance. Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME Please
