I have an issue with my flight

My flight was L6BP0U cancelled on 31st December 2020 due to Covid-19. I contacted Jetstar and asked for a refund. It has been more than one month that I haven't got my refund and try to contact flight network never received calls and replies emails. Today, I called them again and finally received my call and I asked about my refund at first, they said it has not been refund from airlines I told them I contacted airlines they have already made refund, and they checked they found that it was refunded. They told me that they're going to deduct handling money from my refund as it was cancelled by airlines due to COVID-19 situation my sister was sick in Melbourne, so it was an emergency. Due to COVID-19 I lost my job and in this situation it is not fair that for a small amount of payment it has to be deducted that amount. I am very unhappy with this situation and services provided by flight network. Due to virus people are going through lots of problems and in this situation to charge any kind of amount is not right. Even though my flight was cancelled by airlines why do I need to pay for handling payment or any fees. The service is very bad as I experienced. If I knew this would happen to me, I was never going to buy a ticket from the flight network.
