My receipt reads: A/C COMPRESSOR WARRANTY FOR LIFE-LABOR 1 YEAR OR 12,000 MILES. My A/C stopped working, took it to that shop because of the warranty. The owner said the warranty is good for only one year. I pointed where it reads LIFETIME he said the computer automatically prints that and can not be deleted. He will not honor that warranty. That's what I call deceiving. Can you please respond to this problem? I would appreciate it. I will be happy to provide name and address and a copy of my receipt upon request.
