I HAVE A BAD TIRE, AND WAS OFFERED A REPLACEMENT TIRE, BUT THE PROBLEM IS MY TIRES ARE/P225/60R-17-98T MICHELIN ENERGYLX4(WHITE WALLS), THE MANAGER CLAIMS ALL HE CAN GET IS A BLACK WALL….

MT TIRES ARE ALL WHITE WALLS-P225/60R-17/ MICHILIN/.... WHO WOULD EXCEPT A BLACK-WALL TIRE, AS A MATCH ON A LUXURY-LINCOLN TOWN CAR? THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY....IS THIS COMPANY POLICY? CONSIDERING, THIS MORNING THE MANAGER OF THE PASADENA-SHAVER STORE, REFUSED TO CHECK FOR A SMALL LEAK IN THE TIRE, AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO... AFTER I COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT, HE CALLED ME BACK, AND OFFERED ME A FREE -TIRE... PLEASE SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO---THANKS
