I have 60 dollars that I cash out on 6/14 and it’s not in my account

I never had this problem with earnin at all I cash out 20 of earning money and 40 dollars of my tip yourself jar money on 6/14 I still have not received my money contact support keeps saying my account is getting verified how and why because I'm already in the system this is crazy I have no gas and I been walking to work all because my money couldn't get to me
