I finally got through to Capital One after a few days of emailing, calling etc. So thank you Capital One for coming through. Paul with the dispute specializing department, fixed everything with a matter of 3 minutes! Thank you so much Capital One and the woo hoo shout out Paul for being my hero for today :) I have been with Capital One for years. I even have the three different credit cards accounts with them. They have ALWAYS been great to me. I would absolutely recommend them. I am giving them a 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you Capital One, Charles and Paul! User's recommendation: Be careful, as their sales can be addictive!
