I got charged for items that I did not order.

On March 28th 2021 I ordered one item less than five dollars and wish charged me for nineteen items and and charged me$599.00 to my credit card and would not let me cancel it immediately after I received a email with my Order ID but wish would not let me cancel it I tried for hours and days after but they would not let me cancel it all they said I could return it when i receive it. I did not order it and I do not want it .It's been four months now and they will not refund me the money. I am a senior citizen and i do not have that much money, they will not answer my emails any more, I love to get my money back thank you James Poe
