I got charged 8.99$ for no reason at all, I have deleted my account and I need help

I made a care.con account a while ago and didnt get passed the screening for some weird reason, I believe I had no credit history, and although I was upset I canceled my whole account but in my subscriptions it is still active and I have been charged 8.99$ I dont understand why and I am very upset at the company
