I went to get a gift card and since I had never been to Schlotzsky's before I went inside even though I knew lobby was closed. The woman serving me was rude and sloppy. I also decided to order a sandwich to go and she didn't bother asking me the size I wanted but just charged me for a large one. When I asked her about it she rudely said "You didn't say what size you wanted so I just gave you the large". But the thing that really stood out was that while she was serving me she was snacking on a bag of chips and talked to me with food in her mouth. It was gross. User's recommendation: Never go inside the store. You do not want to see it.
