Hey I'd like to communicate my frustration since I bought your beautiful vacuum cleaner robot RV1100S, but I cannot use it because I'm from Argentina South America. No, either Apple Store no Google Play allow me to download the Shark app, and there's no other way or channel I can get it through. That's unless by some art of magic you'll send me the download link, so I can operate your beautiful product wich acts as a beautiful statue. Please help me since I would like to use my purchase. Thank you User's recommendation: Don't buy it if you live in South America, unless they correct the use of the application.
