I don’t know how to work this

I got absolutely no help whatsoever no one to speak to no one to guide me through the process nothing could not have a one-on-one discussion with a human being live person that's just horrible no one told me why I couldn't use the service no one told me how to use the service just step by step instructions that did not work I could not contact the facility and register the phone number in any way shape or form I made several attempts but no one wanted to help that's why I no longer have patience for the service User's recommendation: If you don't know what you're doing don't use this service they will not help you through the process of registering your new phone number they give you that's supposed to bring your phone so if you don't know how to do it I would advise you to use someone else because they will not help you with the process.
