I don’t have an PoF account

I do not have a plenty of fish account but there was a transaction on my paypal account that was not authorized. It was for 38.70. I filed a report with paypal nothing... I filed a report with plenty of fish and I have been jumping through hoops. I just want a refund and seem to be getting no where.
