I do not recall complaining thru yr site!! My emails have been intercepted by yr site a few times when I presumed I was contacting customer service. According to Google I was being directed to them
Read my reason for review,,I was mislead by yr interception of my email which Googled represented as contact to customer service, yr site is actually misleading, no complaints with Questrade, I was only asking a question and they did respond quickly and politely everytime! User's recommendation: Good customer service for Questrade but beware pissed consumer site fishing and representing as Customer service!
