I didn’t receive my Groovebook that was ordered on January 7 2021

No one was available to resolve my issue . It would be nice to hear a person and not a machine. I guess thats asking a little too much this day and age!! I just need help with Groovebook. I didnt get the last one I ordered and I wanted to know what I could do about it.... User's recommendation: Have a person there.
