I didn’t get the order and tracking number was fake

I bought a coat for my son from the company www.schoola.com. It was terrible, because the company fooled me. The seller hasn’t provided any details or information regarding my order. I waited a week and emailed the seller, and he promised tracking number. I got it, but the number was useless. It didn’t work and I still have no idea where my order was. The company is terrible and their services as well.
