I didn’t receive my product and before my trial period was over I was already charged fior a new month

They charge you monthly before your trial has ended, and you cannot reach them by phone. I never received my product, and within a week I was being charged $27.95 for a new month. The prompts you have to go through to cancel suck, and the selection of responses to choose from first cover all grounds to cancel. Just *** poor service User's recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend.
