Hi I place an order with vova.com in April I have told them so many times that I have not received my order I ask for a refund and they said were sorry your refund application could not be approved but I keep saying to them that I have not received my order it is 11 items and I paid £59-26 so its my order or my money back please and I will not order again from them User's recommendation: No not again.
