I did not received any refund for cancelled flight for more than a year

I have booked a return flight with MyTrip (booking reference no: OIQFAH) from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur with the following details: Departure: 1 April 2020 (Turkish Airlines) Return : 27 April 2020 (Turkish Airlines) Turkish Airline booking reference: TNY3LS For which I paid € 582, 19‬ MyTrip have cancelled my flight due to corona. After more than a year they haven't returned my money yet.
