I did not receive my 2 GOMO SIM Orders

I ordered 2 Sims last July 9 hoping to get it soonest but got nothing. It's been a month now, and I even chat to their IG Page, still no reply. I don't know how to get in touch directly with GOMO because apparently they don't have their own customer hotline. Anyhow, I'm thinking since they're affiliated with Globe, the network can help me retrieve at least the refund of what I paid for it, a total of 598php.
