I did not get any type of correspondence for renewing a subscription

I've been giving a subscription to my son-in-law for many years now. The subscription # is 204326****. The last two year subscription was for 2019 and 2020. I've never received any bill or letter and my son-in-law has not received anything either. His name is Paul Foti at 4716 Saddle St. in Loves Park, Il 61111. My email # has changed to: eileengehrke1911@***.com When I paid the last invoice the amount I paid was $34.77. Please look into this matter and let me know how it can be resolved.
