I did get a refund

My husbands' card was swiped 3 times and 1 positive charge to cancel one of those. We did not get a reply or response at all from the store except they took his name and number a few times. I don't know if this helped fix the problem, but we finally got the charge removed. User's recommendation: It doesn't hurt to try.
