I deserve a refund

They refuse to give a refund after saying i needed to provide a dr note which i did and they said i will get a refund ASAP and then they said i wasnt getting it bc i was given paper materials and there was an at home option during covid i didnt sign up for an at home challenge i gave the dr note and i should get a refund this is highly unfair
