I changed my phone contact on record several times but it has not shown on my account.
I called to ask for paper bills of my service from inception of my account which i need to submit to a government department but the comcast person i spoke did not solve my problem.She asked for my account number and i gave her the one comcast issued me,she said its not.I said ok thats what i have,and she asked to verify through phone number ending 7481,I stopped using that number long long ago and I told her that,and asked her to verify me with email she refused.Im not satisfied with the response I received.
