I cant log on using my phone.

I tried to log on with my phone. It says it is invalid. It's the same email address I have used for years. I get emails from bbp all the time. So I can only log on with my computer.so I tried to change my email on my computer and it said "there was a problem updating your email address.Please contact customer care for assistance". It won't work either. User's recommendation: Update the site!
