I can’t get refunds of online payments

Hi I am amit kumar shaw i have purchase a new D2h connection on 14th may 2021 but technition says there is network problem please cancel the installation so I have cancelled but I have pay 1599/- amount by online to your website how can I get back this amount User's recommendation: Don't pay online payment no budy give you any information.
