It's really hard to call the customer service. I already solve the problem myself. Please increase your staff. And please put a lot of staff in the customer services section. It is really hard to talk to a customer service. I just try to use lazada more often after shoppee started to cheat their customer but the lazada customer services is much more worst compared to shoppee and other apps User's recommendation: Please answer the call and hire more staff.
