I can’t get anyone to answer the phone in Enterprise, Alabama office

I tried to contact the office by phone last week and eventually went to their office in Enterprise. I was supposed to contact them by phone this week to let them know the exact time that I needed to be picked up at the auto body shop. I have waited again over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone.
