I can’t figure out how to make the app work I am very poor and I can’t it’s real.

I paid the price I downloaded the app and now I can't get it to work I don't know how I get it wrong but I did somebody please help me User's recommendation: If it does what it says it does I would recommend this to anybody it just can't get it to do what it says yet maybe I haven't done it right?
