Kuwaiti Dinar is not a trade-able currency so this is the first issue. They also only send snail post when you try to withdraw the funds. Since snail post does not arrive in Kuwait I have no way of withdrawing the funds with paypal or skrill. Both options for some but not if you need the cash. You cannot change your address or your currency. They also will not courier the cheques to your address even if you offer to pay. Do not use them if you want your money back.
