I could not retrieve my tickets - they had to be transferred to Ticketmaster. After 3 hours on the phone (two people said they would call me back and never did) - they did refund my money. Then I bought tickets directly from Ticketmaster. User's recommendation: Make sure you know the process - who are you really buying the tickets from.
