I cannot log into my Course Hero account again using my paid subscription

When attempting to log into my account I receive a message stating that my email or password is incorrect. I have verified that both are correct. This is the second time the problem occurred in a month. First incident Aug-4-21 Second incident Aug -21-21 Course Hero fixed the problem for the Aug-4 occurrence in their Ticket (#2309614), stating that my account was disabled in error, but the issue has returned. I have an annual account and have reached out to Course Hero, but am not receiving feedback on what's happening with my account. Thank you for any assistance.
