I cannot get anyone to respond to my calls or emails

I have a credit from a flight cancelled due to COVID that is due to expire in days. I have been trying to contact Alpha Flight Guru for three weeks now, leaving multiple voice mails and emails and I cannot get any response from this company. I feel totally ripped off and am afraid of losing thousands of dollars with them. User's recommendation: Avoid doing any business with this company!
