I cannot get a refund on my account for an item that was refunsed at the door when it was delivered

I tried to cancel an item I ordered 3 weeks before I received it and was told by the rep it could not be canceled I would need to refuse it at the door when it was delivered so I was home on March 6, 2020 and refused delivery of the treadmill which I now see they have me on my order as ordering 2 treadmills which is not correct at all. I cannot get any one in customer service to correct this problem and I am still being billed for the item I refused and was sent back on March 6,2020. It may have been sent from the manufacturer and returned there but I would like my account credited for this charge. No one will help me.
