I went to the EasyCare website, printed my card and used the coverage type listed on the card to identify my coverage on the website. But there was no match. Moreover, unlike every other insurance company I've encountered, the EasyCare website does not provide the consumer with his or her account and coverage details after the consumer provides his or her personal and vehicle details. Of course, the company also does not offer 24/7/365 customer service for its consumers. For this opaque and devious system, I pay about $130.00/month. That's more than I pay per month for my high deductible health plan, another industry that delivers less value than what one pays for. I will look to cancel my coverage before I waste additional money on this "service.' User's recommendation: Save your money instead of wasting it on vapor insurance service.
