I accidentally ordered a washing machine when changing details on my credit card. Not sure how it happened but it did! All good now and refunded immediately - about 48 hours. The problem is there is no one to speak to personally about these issues as you have such a short time to cancel. There are good options for speaking in person if you have a mobile problem but none for utility products. Has to be through an email.That takes time if you are trying to ensure you cancelled in time regardless of reason. User's recommendation: Check what you are doing when changing information on a credit card. Or that you know exactly how to cancel as the window is so short. I suggest to Kogan that they increase this cancel time.
