This is the second time I am not able to get into my account when I really need to. It’s so freaking frustrating to have to wait til y’all open the next day to access my money. I didn’t lock my account so why is it lock? ITS LOCKED RIGHT NOW FOR NO REASON AT ALL! Good bank but this one problem makes y’all suck. The best thing to do is to have 24/7 customer service so I’ll know what y’all are doing to my account in the night. Not being able to check my account status 24/7 will result in me switching banks IMMEDIATELY!!! I need a resolution, explanation, an answer from God himself why y’all keep playing with my money!
