I cancelled but still got charged

Been a rough year, medically speaking, so having to stop all my discretionary spending. I called Jim Ricards site at least 1 1/2 weeks ago, 855-275-****, and cancelled out my account. Was very quick and easy. But, someone failed to make the delete change, and now I'll have to spend more time getting my money back. Hope Angora will fix this for me. From now on, I'll always cancel first of the week, and recall the end of that week to make sure it's a done deal.
