I canceled total AV and youre still charging me. I have several charges on two different cards. I was told by total AV there was something wrong with my bank card or something like that and they needed another bank card or credit card. So I gave them my credit card number. So they billed me twice. I know they are stalling to keep as much money as possible. Thats the way business is done folks maximum profit potential and *** the customer as much as you can before they leave. User's recommendation: Don’t get total AV.
