I can’t believe they do not have a refund

Before ordering I always read the refund policy. With this e-commerce shop, I could not find any. I believe they have some procedures which they reveal when you contact them. Nevertheless, such basic information should be publicly displayed on their official website. Why should I call you to learn how to get a refund? It is irrational and even not convenient for you because clients will call you and take your time instead of reading 1 page only. Their specialization is in electronics which is logically refundable within 2 weeks or so. Beyond that, they have many good reviews which I also believe are true. Please, do add a refund policy on the site, and I will rate you 5!
