I can not get into my old cash app account

I can not get into my old cash app account due to Fraud. I had to get my phone reprogrammed with apple and I got a new back card with Bank of American due to fraud. So when I went to add my cash account back it asked for the old card number that I no longer have. Can you please assist with this issue? I have money in that cash app account.
